Order Fulfillment:
- Process and release sales orders to the warehouse for timely picking, packing, and shipment.
- Communicate clearly with warehouse staff regarding order priorities, special packing instructions, and timelines.
- Ensure packing slips, labels, and shipping documents are accurate and aligned with order specifications.
- Manage compliance with retail and wholesale account shipping guidelines (e.g., routing guides, labeling, ASN, EDI, portal submissions).
- Work closely with account managers and customer service teams to resolve fulfillment-related issues.
- Assist with the coordination of international shipments including EXW and FOB terms.
- Prepare or collect shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and international customers to support smooth handoffs and shipping compliance.
- Manage the intake and processing of warranty claims related to shipped orders.
- Work with customer service, warehouse, and quality control teams to investigate issues and determine appropriate resolutions.
- Coordinate the return, replacement, or credit of items as needed and maintain accurate records of all claims.
- Communicate claim status and resolutions to internal stakeholders and customers in a timely manner.
- Update order status and shipment tracking in ERP and inventory systems.
- Support the supply chain team with general logistics coordination and problem-solving.
- Maintain organized records for all shipments, warranty claims, and fulfillment-related communications.
